Pilates is a body conditioning routine, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through building core strength, flexibitly, endurance and co-ordination.

Offering a dynamic and inspiring take on the original Pilates method by Joseph Pilates - Body Arts & Science Pilates (BASI) will give your body the new form, stretngth, tone and stretch it nees to cope with the everyday battering of our fast paced modern lifestyles.

My speciality is in small group mat based classes.  I do also offer private one on one mat and reformer sessions

It is recommend that all beginners to have at least 2 to 3 private sessions before moving into a general
class

FEES :

Group Mat work session                          £90 per block of 8 sessions

Drop in Mat work session                        £12 per session

Private 1/1 Mat or Reformer session       £45 per session / £350 for block of 10 sessions

Private group session max 6 persons     £60 per session

**All session are 1 hour duration.  House calls are possible for mat based work only.
